Constance Sipple, CFRE

Constance Sipple, CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), is the President and Founder of Profile Solutions Inc. Drawing from a foundation in non-profit fundraising and marketing management, she established Profile Solutions in 1996 on her belief that strong philanthropic partnerships make communities prosper and elevate constituent perception.

Under her leadership, Profile Solutions has grown into a team of professionals who have designed and implemented programs that have helped organizations secure over $130 million dollars in corporate and individual support and increase public awareness and consumer perception with strategic marketing and community relations campaigns.

Ms. Sipple has a special interest in corporate/community partnerships with an expertise in special event management, corporate sponsorship and cause-related marketing. Prior to founding Profile Solutions, she served over twelve years as the Director of Development and Public Relations for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Greater Cleveland. During her tenure, she tripled the department’s fundraising capabilities by introducing a diverse program of corporate and individual giving initiatives and expanded UCP’s community outreach with award winning advocacy campaigns, media and special events. She continues her relationship with UCP as a consultant to their national organization assisting with sponsorship development and evaluation.

Ms. Sipple also serves as Vice President of Sipples’ Tax Service, a family owned firm providing tax preparation and financial counseling to individuals and small businesses. She is certified in the areas of individual and corporate tax.

In 2005, Ms. Sipple was awarded the professional designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ (AFP) Greater Cleveland Chapter, Chair of AFP’s National Philanthropy Day®, and a member of the Development Committee of Beaumont School.

Bridget C. Sukys

Bridget C. Sukys, Senior Campaign Director, has been with Profile Solutions since 1997.

Ms. Sukys brings critical strengths to the clients we serve by offering a strategic approach and advanced expertise in corporate and foundation relations. Her work with Profile Solutions’ portfolio of corporate and nonprofit clients has included successful campaigns with John Carroll University, Miller Brewing Company, Bright Futures Foundation, and United Cerebral Palsy Association’s national headquarters.
Prior to joining Profile Solutions, she served as the Associate Director of Development and Public Relations at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Greater Cleveland.
